““Yeah, about the test…
The test will measure whether you are an informed, engaged, and productive citizen of the world, and it will take place in schools and bars and hospitals and dorm rooms and in places of worship. You will be tested on first dates, in job interviews, while watching football, and while scrolling through your Twitter feed. The test will judge your ability to think about things other than celebrity marriages, whether you’ll be easily persuaded by empty political rhetoric, and whether you’ll be able to place your life and your community in a broader context. The test will last your entire life, and it will be comprised of the millions of decisions that, when taken together, will make your life yours. And everything, everything, will be on it.”

I MADE ILOVECHARTS!
Loners will always rock.
I finally got my copy of “The Fault in Our Stars” today! (well, technically yesterday seeing as it is now 12:30am) It actually arrived at my house on Friday, but seeing as I’m back at school and the roads were craptacular thanks to the weather of northwest Ohio, I had to wait until my dad could bring it along with a load of things that I forgot at home.
Anyways, I finished the book within about 7 hours of opening the package =) I was seriously giddy to see a green John Green signature when I opened the book. But even greater than my joy at the green squiggle is my love for this book. Seriously. If you haven’t read it, go buy it now. I also highly recommend watching the vlogbrothers videos on YouTube.
TFiOS made me laugh, it made me cry, and it left me in awe of John Green’s brilliance. I want to say more, but this book has left me speechless…so instead I shall part with a seemingly appropriate quote from the book =) Happy reading, and DFTBA.
